This fall, the good peeps at Wal-Mart sent Jim to San Francisco for an Oracle convention.
Though he was almost gone a whole week, I was excited he was chosen to go and he enjoyed the trip.
Above was his view from the front of his hotel. Not shabby.
These meetings were held all over San Fran so Oracle provided bus transportation everywhere.
He never had to worry about renting a drive to drive in the city or take a cab. Nice.
To top it off, they provided entertainment for all those attending the convention....Pearl Jam and Kings of Leon. I think this whole trip may have been custom designed for Jim in mind. (add a round of golf and it would have been perfect)
Jim said the concert was great! Eddie Vedder even had on flannel and was downing a bottle of wine during the concert. But it was all fun and games, Jim learned a lot at the convention. He has even been teaching lunch and learn sessions at his office and sharing all the knowledge he gained. ;)
So proud of my hardworking hubby and feel so blessed for his many years employment at good ol' WMT!
